Pacto Navio is a premium, 40% ABV blended Cuban rum that undergoes a unique finishing process in French oak casks that previously held sweet Sauternes wine or red wine. Its name pays homage to the 1815 peace treaty (“El Pacto”) and historical merchant ships (“Navios”) that traded between France and Cuba.

Description
Pacto Navio Rum is created from a meticulous blend of aged Cuban rum bases. The final aging phase occurs in French oak barrels that previously held wine, allowing the spirit to pick up sweet, fruity notes and resulting in a much rounder profile than typical Cuban rums.
